SINGAPORE, Australia (AP) —A federal court on Tuesday denied a Viagra trial over allegations of fraud and bribery in an Australian jury.
In a case that may lead to a new trial in the United States, U. S. The plaintiffs, who are not party to the case, said the defendants had put a “firm” warning about the risk of serious side effects on the label, but had failed to provide sufficient warnings.
